Culinária da Van

From the house sidewalk, where chef Van Régia began selling regional food dishes, appetizers and drinks, the restaurant emerged in Benfica. The place also offers feijoada, panelada and the traditional crab every Thursday. To enhance the flavor of seafood, dishes are cooked in coconut water, such as rice and Shrimp bobó. In the evening, patrons taste the menu’s delicacies to the sound of local artists.
