The ice-cream parlor has operated six years ago in Fortaleza, and already has 12 outlets in four Brazilian cities. The ice-cream is mixed at the patron’s choice, on a frozen stone at -5°C, and can come in the Semplice (simple) or Delizie (mixed) versions. The parlor’s classic flavor is the Leite Ninho ice-cream, but there are also fruit choices and several kinds of chocolate. Apart from gelatos, the shops serve other desserts, such as milkshakes and petit gateaus. All ice-cream is made in an artisanal manner.
