The highlight of the menu, as the name of the restaurant suggests, is Sirigado (whiting). The dishes are always well prepared. One of the specialties is the “Trio”, comprising 350 grams (12 oz.) of grilled fish served with equal portions of shrimp and lobster. For starters, the chef’s suggestion is crab in its shell and, for dessert, the Petit Gateau. If you prefer meat, the recommendation is to have file-mignon steak with madeira sauce or the Lamb Rice.
